The first recipe using a tablespoon of oatmeal powder, a single egg white, and a few drops of lemon oil. You shouldn't use the instant kind for this, though. Mix the ingredients together thoroughly and completely (this is especially important since you are using an egg in your mixture). After it's dried, wash off with water and a soft washcloth. Pulverize some oatmeal in your blender or food processor. In an additional container, combine a couple of tablespoons of honey with a quarter cup of plain yogurt of buttermilk. Add this "wet" mixture to your "dry mixture and mix together until you have made a paste. Spread the mixture all over your face with your fingers. Be watchful to stay away from your eyes and the area around them because this skin is quite sensitive, which includes raw ingredients. Permit this paste to stay on your face for around fifteen minutes or so, until it begins to dry out. Put clean and warm water to use for washing the paste off your face. If you have any to spare, put it away in the fridge for tomorrow (however don't save it for more than a day). This concoction is placid enough that you can put it to use every day if you desire to.


Even people with very oily skin can benefit from oatmeal facials. This mixture is one of the simplest to make. Create a creamy paste by adding some water to natural oatmeal. Spread this paste carefully onto your face, avoiding the area around your eyes, and then allow the paste to dry completely. This can take some time, but be patient.
